What it does
Kitchens lose product to timing, not to heat. A basket comes out ninety seconds late and the batch is over; a tray is forgotten entirely during a rush.
This timer runs eight channels independently, each with its own alarm, so one person can hold eight counts in their head without holding them in their head. It is loud enough to hear over extraction and a fryer.
